How to claim CME

Navigate to https://isth.m-anage.com and select the CME tile. If you’re on desktop, the option is on the left side navigation. If claiming CME credit through the app, click on the red CME tile on the home page to get started.

Click the red “Congress CME Evaluations” button at the bottom of the page.

You will then be taken to the list of sessions and the Overall Congress evaluation.

Sessions will populate in a list once the session has ended. The Overall Congress evaluation will be available starting July 11, 2026 at 8:00 CEST.

Only evaluate the sessions which you have attended. If you attended more than one session during a time block, please rate the presentations that you attended and use the “Did not attend” answer option for any presentations you did not view.

The deadline for claiming credit is August 31, 2026.

Certificates will be emailed to the email address on file by mid-September.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Information regarding the conversion of EACCME® credits
Information regarding the conversion of EACCME® credits Credit will be converted based on one (1) hour of participation equalling one credit for all activities. Physicians wishing to convert EACCME® credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ will be required to access the AMA website at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications to obtain the necessary paperwork and instructions. Physicians and other health care professionals will be required to pay a processing fee to the AMA.

ISTH 2026 Congress Accreditation Statement

The ISTH 2026 Congress, Paris, France 11/07/2026 - 15/07/2026, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 18.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
