CME DETAILS

CME Credit Claiming and Congress Evaluation Instructions:

  1. Login to your registration ​​​portal
    Note: Nonmembers can find their login information in their registration confirmation.

  2. Navigate to the page 'CME Credit Claiming and Evaluation' on the left side menu.

  3. Complete the Overall Evaluation in the first box at the top of the page.

  4. Complete individual evaluations for each of the presentations you attended. The "Start" button will only become available when the session has ended.

  5. DEADLINE: Make sure all of your evaluations have been completed by Friday, August 29th at 11:59pm U.S. Eastern Time. Extensions will not be granted.

  6. All personalized CME credit certificates will be emailed to you from isth2025@isth.org by the end of September 2025.

Deadline to claim CME credit: August 29, 2025, 11:59 pm US Eastern Time

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that were actually spent in the educational activity.

 

CME credits are only available to those who have registered and paid for the CME add-on during the registration process. You may purchase the CME add-on in order to claim credits for the ISTH 2025 Congress either online or on-site at the main registration desk on or before the close of day on June 25, 2025. Using your Congress badge, scan into each CME eligible session within 5 minutes of the start of the session. Scanners are located at the session room entrances.

 

The ISTH will email personalized CME certificates to those who completed all evaluations and paid the $30 USD CME credit fee by the end of September 2025.

 

ACCME Accreditation Statement:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Medical College of Wisconsin and International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH). The Medical College of Wisconsin is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

AMA Credit Designation Statement:

The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this live activity for a maximum of 9 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

Hours of Participation for Allied Health Professionals:

The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this activity for up to 9 hours of participation for continuing education for allied health professionals.
