Marc Carrier, M.D, M.Sc., is Head of the Division of Hematology in the Department of Medicine at The Ottawa Hospital, a Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa and a Senior Scientist in the Clinical Epidemiology Program of The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute in Canada. Carrier previously served as the Chair of the ISTH Scientific and Standardization Committee from 2020-2022, and as a member of the local organizing committe for the ISTH 2023 Congress. He was recenting named an ISTH Outstanding Mentor in 2024.

Flora Peyvandi, M.D., Ph.D., Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Milan and the Director of the Angelo Bianchi Bonomi Hemophilia and Thrombosis Centre, Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda, Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan, Italy. She previously served as ISTH President from 2022-2024 and as the ISTH 2020 Congress President.
